Our institution continuously improves itself focusing on “Patient and Employee Safety” according to the “”Healthcare Service Quality Standards”. Trainings are organized and the following committee meetings are held under annual schedules and programs within the scope of HKS (Healthcare Quality Standard) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization), considering “Patient and Employee Safety”.

Our hospital where “Process and total quality management” system is applied systematically was certified to “9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate” and “14001:2004 Environmental Management Certificate”.

Our hospital aims to improve its service quality by organizing training for its all employees in accordance with all requirements of the Universal Declaration of Patient Rights.
