Our recruitment procedure is implemented with the invitation of the candidates possessing the specified competencies to the job interview following the preliminary eliminations based on the resumes. In order to determine the most suitable candidate for the relevant position, human resources and corresponding department managers cooperate in the recruitment process. During the interviews, competence-focused interview techniques are used to investigate the knowledge and skills of the candidates. The interviews are supported by various evaluation and assessment tools to be developed in line with the requirements. Once a candidate appropriate for the relevant position is determined, other candidates are informed via telephone or e-mail.
