In Tanfer Hospital, our new employees firstly participate in the general orientation program and then in the department-based orientation program. The program includes;
- Human resources strategies and practices,
- Company introduction, vision, strategy and goals,
- Introduction and informing on function and position
Performance and Competency Assessment
Performance Assessment System is implemented throughout the Tanfer Hospital on the basis of criteria specified according to the duties and responsibilities of our employees. Performance levels are identified by comparing the goals achieved on annual basis.

Training and Development Planning Process
With continuous and efficient training programs, we aim for the self-development of our employees supporting their professional business profiles and personal development process. Training activities are carried out according to the training planning determined by the Ministry of Health in line with the Quality Standards in Health and the Human Resources needs. Trainings are provided with internal or external resources. Personal development programs are developed and supported to prepare our employees for their future positions within the frame of their carrier development routes.
